The interactive map below shows all sites that have been considered as part of Salford's 2021 to 2037 housing and economic land availability assessment and the conclusions drawn in respect of their developability over that period.
The map also shows sites in Salford that are allocated for development through the Publication version of Places for Everyone (PfE). These allocated sites are shown as not developable on the map given that they are in the Green Belt, and so therefore the acceptability of them for development will be determined through the Examination in Public of PfE.
A summary of the city council's assessment for all sites shown on the map will appear by clicking on a site.
