Refreshed Planning obligations supplementary planning document - residential value areas

The interactive map below identifies the boundaries of the residential value areas that will be used as the basis for applying the affordable housing and planning obligation requirements set out in the planning obligations supplementary planning document (SPD) (as refreshed on 9 December 2019). The SPD sets out full details of how the requirements will be applied within each value area.
